Celebrate the beauty of late-season flowers with our September Weekly Flower Subscription. Throughout the month of September, you will receive four fresh bouquets, delivered once each week as the garden shifts into its rich fall colors and textures.

Each bouquet is made with seasonal flowers grown in Indiana and harvested at their peak. Because we work with what is blooming naturally, flower varieties will change from week to week, giving you a unique arrangement each delivery and a true taste of the season.

Bouquets will be left at your front door (in the shade if possible) and will arrive in a jar of water to keep them fresh until you bring them inside.

Subscriptions are very limited to ensure every bouquet is filled with the freshest flowers the farm has to offer. As September approaches, you will receive an email with your delivery schedule using the address provided at checkout.
